POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support across the organization. This position plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, operational performance analysis, grant financial management, value-based care reporting, pharmacy financial analytics, and regulatory reporting.
The Senior Financial Analyst partners closely with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy, Population Health, and Executive Leadership to identify financial opportunities, improve operational performance, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making. The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a key contributor to the organization's financial sustainability and growth.
As a member of the health center's finance team, the senior financial analyst will fulfill the following KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES towards the financial development and stability of CCI:
