Ourlocation inTemecula, Californiacurrently has an opportunity foraSenior Financial Analystresponsible forconsolidation activities related to Global Vascular Operations.In this role, you will work with theSiteControllers and Finance Leads at our7manufacturing sites and 2 distribution centers as well as the Division Manufacturing Services group. This position is a key role within Vascular Division Finance that partners with various levels of leadership to drive financial ownership, cost efficiency, and process improvement. This position willbe responsible forcomplex,timely, andaccuratefinancial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the business.
WhatYou’llWork On
Support financial analysis for Vascular Operations by partnering with finance leadership, plant controllers, and distribution center teams
Assistwith consolidating financial results and activities across the Vascular Operations network
Prepare and support forecasting processes, including Annual Plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), and long-range forecasts
Perform balance sheet analysis and forecasting across operational finance teams
Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, actuals reporting, and variance analysis against forecasts
Develop and deliver financial analysis for manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and divisional operations teams
Coordinate audit and tax support requests in collaboration with accounting and finance leadership
Generate ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support business decision-making
Create andmaintainfinancial tools, reports, and dashboards to track performance, trends, and key metrics
Effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial governance requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in month-end close, financial variance analysis, and forecasting
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
PreferredQualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills
Highly organized with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The base pay for this position is
$78,000.00 – $156,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
