Description
Overview:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the FP&A Director and work closely with other Senior Leaders across the company supporting core FP&A processes while providing strategic and analytical insights.
Key responsibilities include cost roll ups, financial forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial reporting. This role requires collaboration across the business in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business planning.
Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
Monitor revenue, cost structures, and profitability across products, services, or segments.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario analysis.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
Support month-end close processes
Reporting & Insights
Prepare and present detailed reports.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and metrics.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with finance and operations teams to align strategies.
Support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Assist in strategic planning initiatives and growth projects.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
