Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management presentations, and KPI dashboards.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen financial controls, and enhance reporting capabilities.

• Support month-end close activities, financial analysis, and variance reporting.

• Assist with strategic initiatives, capital expenditure analysis, and other special projects as the company continues to expand.

Qualifications

• 
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  
  
• 
  

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.

  
  
• 
  

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred, particularly with cost analysis, inventory, or operational finance.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

  
  
• 
  

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

  
  
• 
  

• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively and partner with stakeholders across the organization.
