SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Location: On Site in Wooster, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst :

Analyze manufacturing costs, product costing, and inventory performance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting activities
Prepare variance analysis related to production, labor, overhead, and operational expenses
Partner with manufacturing leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
Monitor inventory valuation, inventory controls, and cost accounting processes
Develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong cost accounting, inventory accounting, and variance analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
