Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst (Hybrid)
A global, growth-oriented organization is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst to support complex, international financial reporting and consolidation activities. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional with deep consolidation experience who enjoys working cross-functionally with global teams and modern financial systems.
This is a high-visibility role supporting executive-level reporting and parent company requirements in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
What Youll Be Doing
In this role, youll play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across numerous international entities. Responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting the monthly global consolidation close process for multiple subsidiaries
Ensuring financial results are prepared in accordance with IFRS and internal accounting policies
Preparing and posting complex journal entries and performing detailed balance sheet reconciliations
Analyzing variances and identifying consolidation exceptions, data inconsistencies, and out-of-balance conditions
Recording and reconciling intercompany and international transactions, including foreign currency considerations
Supporting executive and parent-company reporting through the preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc analyses
Partnering with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and audit support
Assisting with administration, maintenance, and enhancements of the Oracle FCCS consolidation environment
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Approximately 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation
Hands-on experience with a consolidation system
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
