Collaboratively shares learning with peers.Work with project managers to define and design future robotic cells to expand department capacity over five yearsActively monitor key performance indicators pertaining to both product and process parameters. Use RRCA and other troubleshooting methodology to resolve product quality issues or process upset events.Propose and manage large projects (>$1M) at the moderate to complex level; effectively manage contractors and equipment and materials vendors.
