    Description

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    Carry out firmware design under the guidance of senior members of the design team. Use C++ to write firmware on ST MCUs. Develop GUI for firmware testing using Python or other programming languages. Utilize instruments like logic analyzer and oscilloscope for troubleshooting. Collaborate with other team members on circuit design support. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of firmware designs and testing procedures.

    Education & Experience

    MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields. 5 years of related experience is preferred.

    • Solid foundation in digital circuit design
    • Deep understanding of MCUs
    • Ability to work with little supervision and to manage assigned tasks effectively
    • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools to develop innovative solutions
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

    Working Conditions

    Good office working conditions. Occasionally required to work in a Class 10000 clean-room environment, wearing smock with mask and gloves

    Physical Requirements

    Able to move light equipment and tooling (<25lbs) as needed when setting up test benches.

    Safety Requirements

    Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
