As a Senior Fitness Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting physical health, fitness, and quality of life for our adult patients.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Self-driven and proactive nature
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with email, internet, Google Apps
• Calendar management
• Marketing our products and services to current and potential clients

Qualifications:

• Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Health Education, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience and knowledge working with the senior population
• Ability to communicate effectively with special populations
• Develop fitness programs and instruct safe, effective exercises
• Working knowledge of fitness equipment
• Certification from a national organization (preferred but not required)
• Create positive client experiences

Abilities Abound is a Physical-Therapist owned, outpatient facility located in Callao, VA. We strive to provide our area with the latest and most effective physical therapy techniques that are comprehensive and individualized according to the patient needs. In addition to Physical Therapy, we also offer Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Nutritional Wellness Coaching, and Holistic wellness services including Reiki and Reflexology.
