Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday
·Weekend Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm
·Weekday Hours: Monday - Wednesday 4am - 1pm
Pay: $25 - 30/hr

An industry leading Facility Solutions company is seeking a Senior Floor Technician to join their team. The Senior Floor Technician will be responsible for supervising and executing full-cycle hard and soft floor maintenance activities, including daily, interim, and restorative care. Responsibilities include carpet and upholstery cleaning, hardwood floor screening, tacking and recoating, and VCT/LVP/concrete/terrazzo floor maintenance.
SCHEDULE
Weekend (Saturday, Sunday): 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Weekday (Monday - Wednesday): 4:00 am - 1:00 pm
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Constant sitting, bending, standing, driving, and phone use. Ability to exert 50-100 lbs occasionally, 25-50 lbs frequently, and 10-25 lbs constantly.
REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or GED required
* 10 years of verifiable floor care experience
* 3 years management experience
* Working proficiency in Spanish required
* Strong planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of floor care practices, chemicals, OSHA, NFPA, ADA requirements and respiratory equipment
* Knowledge of carpet, hardwood, and VCT floor cleaning chemicals, solutions, and solvents and the ability to stay abreast of new cleaning techniques and preventative maintenance of equipment
* Ability to supervise employees, organize work, meet deadlines, perform strenuous work, obtain certifications, and work flexible hours
* Willingness to get respirator certified, if you're not already certified
