Florida Blue is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage cost reporting and analysis for the Federal Employee Program (FEP), including FEHB and PSHB, ensuring accuracy, compliance with FAR and internal guidelines, and leading controllership and variance reporting.You will coordinate budgets, forecasts, and audits, prepare management presentations, mentor Accountants II and III, and drive continuous process improvements across the FEP segment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
