    Senior FP&A Analyst – Full-Time, In-Office

     

    Location: Alpharetta, GA

    Compensation: Up to $110K + 10% Bonus

    Industry: Private Equity-Backed Chemical Lawncare Company

    Who We Are: Audit Friendly is partnering with a highly acquisitive, PE-backed chemical lawncare company with ~$40M in revenue to find a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their growing team in Alpharetta, GA.

     

    About the Role:

     

    As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and decision support for a fast-growing company. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to provide data-driven insights and help shape the company’s strategic direction. This is a full-time, in-office role in Alpharetta, GA, ideal for a finance professional who thrives in an acquisitive and fast-paced environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

    • Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.

    • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, trends, and growth opportunities.

    • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets.

    • Provide strategic insights to leadership, supporting M&A integration efforts and business growth initiatives.

    • Automate and enhance reporting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.

    • Ensure financial data integrity and work closely with accounting teams on reporting alignment.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.

    • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.

    • Experience in PE-backed, acquisitive, or multi-entity environments is a plus.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
