Senior FP&A Analyst
About the Opportunity
Our client, a global leader in the energy and industrial sector, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. This highly visible role will partner with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic business analysis across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
Build and maintain financial models, consolidations, and executive reporting.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.
Partner with operations, accounting, and finance teams across global business units.
Develop KPIs and reporting tools to improve business performance and cost management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or managerial accounting experience.
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and consolidations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in a global or multi-currency environment strongly preferred.
