Support the Finance Strategy: Senior FP&A Analyst Opportunity
Salary Range: $100-$120k
Orlando/Tampa based preferred, but open to candidates in the Southeast with the ability to travel frequently.
Were seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support performance across a growing, multi-location business. This role partners closely with field leadership to improve operations, enhance financial visibility, and drive consistency across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with General Managers and local teams to support operational and financial performance
- Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements across locations
- Analyze key metrics (including AR, billing, and revenue trends) to identify issues and opportunities
- Support accurate financial reporting by ensuring operational activities flow cleanly into the numbers
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy
- Help standardize best practices across multiple locations
- Travel regularly to locations to build relationships and support execution
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 47 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of how business operations impact financial performance
- Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and take initiative
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations and/or finance teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
