We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis for a growing healthcare organization. This is a fully remote position, with preference for East Coast candidates.
What Youll Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Build financial models for revenue, margin, and operating expenses.
- Analyze profitability, cost drivers, and business performance trends.
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis against plan.
- Develop executive reporting packages with financial insights and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support pricing, operations, and growth initiatives.
- Support business cases for new investments, partnerships, and strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience with strong focus on revenue and margin analysis.
- Experience in healthcare, PBM, or other complex service-based industries preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP, planning, or BI/reporting tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
