About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Consultant to join our Line of Credit Fraud Investigations team. In this role, you will lead complex fraud investigations, analyze financial and transactional activity, and determine appropriate claim outcomes. You will play a critical role in protecting customers and the bank by identifying fraud trends, assessing risk, and making sound investigative decisions.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with partners across multiple lines of business to gather, validate, and assess information needed to support thorough and well-documented investigations. You will also provide guidance and feedback to internal and external partners to promote consistent, effective fraud claim resolution practices.

Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Consultant - Line of Credit Fraud Investigations
The consultant will conduct comprehensive investigations, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to either validate or decline fraud claims or provide feedback to both internal and external team members.
The position requires strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. The individual will collaborate extensively with partners across various lines of business to gather, corroborate, and assess information critical to fraud investigations, ensuring thorough and well-supported case outcomes.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $75,000.00 - $114,000.00
