WHO YOU ARE:

• You’ve moved serious freight—not just watched someone else do it.
• You KNOW the lanes, the margins, the carriers—you’ve got the battle scars and the wins.
• You have a book of business or a proven history of moving loads day-in, day-out.
• You’re not scared of the phones, and you know how to build and KEEP relationships.
• You can show us your numbers—and you’re proud of them.

• Working fully remote (we don’t care where you are if you’re getting it done).
• Running your freight desk like a business within a business.
• Booking freight, managing customers, handling carriers, and owning your lanes.
• Building and scaling YOUR success, with the support and tools to make it happen.
