Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack & GenAI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full stack development, GenAI and agentic AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations, and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end enterprise-grade applications from architecture through production deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and data flow diagrams.
- Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts to validate feasibility and demonstrate value.
- Own full stack development including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Engineer performance for data-heavy, low-latency, and reliable applications.
- Integrate with enterprise platforms such as identity providers, internal APIs, and shared services at scale.
- Apply AI-augmented development practices and tools to increase velocity while maintaining code quality.
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Navigate enterprise production readiness, including ServiceNow change records and coordination across infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Python (advanced) with Flask or FastAPI for backend services.
- JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Next.js for modern frontend development.
- HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.
- RESTful API design and implementation.
- GCP experience: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, networking fundamentals, Gemini, Google ADK, and Apigee.
- Terraform for IaC and GitLab CI/CD for automated pipelines and environment promotion.
- Containerization and deployment automation practices.
- Designing high-performance, data-intensive applications with strong SQL skills and optimized data pipelines, caching, async processing, and query tuning.
- LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations with hands-on use of agentic AI frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Experience integrating GenAI via Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Google Code Assist, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot as part of the daily workflow.
- Enterprise operations knowledge: Active Directory and RBAC, SSO and Okta, ServiceNow change and service requests, and production governance.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years in full stack roles with end-to-end delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building and shipping enterprise-grade applications from scratch, including architecture and infrastructure ownership.
- Background in large financial institutions or regulated industries.
