Senior Full-Stack Developer Agentic AI

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer Agentic AI

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build a brand-new, chat-based, agentic AI application. This role involves working directly with AI coding agents to develop a dynamic and innovative product as part of a broader agentic HCM software ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship features for a new chat-based, agentic UI and conversational product experience.
• Work side-by-side with AI coding agents inside a pod structure not just writing code from scratch, but reviewing, correcting, and directing AI-generated code.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, structure, and adherence to team standards and patterns.
• Take on light, integrated testing responsibilities as the formal QA function is minimal.
• Help shape the architecture and conventions for a product still in its early, undefined stages.
• Contribute to defining how agentic, non-deterministic flows should be structured, tested, and maintained going forward.

Requirements:

• Comfort working in a fluid, still-evolving codebase and product definition (early-stage / land-and-expand environment).
• Ability to adapt to non-linear, LLM-driven application logic rather than traditional deterministic code paths.

Required Skills:

• Strong React and nodeJS experience (explicitly React nodeJS not Java).
• AWS infrastructure experience.
• Senior-level judgment: must be able to independently spot mistakes in AI-generated code.
• Some testing/automation aptitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Industry domain knowledge (HCM / human capital management).
