Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Enabled Development)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to build, innovate, and solve complex problems. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who possesses a strong sense of ownership, a "get it done" mentality, and a passion for leveraging modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery.

This is not a management role. The ideal candidate is a senior individual contributor who enjoys being in the code, driving solutions, and helping elevate the team's technical capabilities through leadership by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and NestJS.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready user experiences.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services using modern development practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior developers through collaboration and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve development processes, tooling, and application performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with:
  • Next.js
  • NestJS
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
  • VS Code
  • Azure DevOps
  • Git source control
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI teams and implementing designs from Figma.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and application architecture.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Cloud experience within Azure environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Exposure to containerization technologies and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
