CrossTech is seeking a
Senior Full- Stack Developer to join an established product and engineering team supporting mission-critical education technology platforms. This is a long-term staff augmentation role, where the developer will contribute to continuously evolving product features, enhancements, and operational needs.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, adaptable engineer who thrives in environments with evolving or loosely defined requirements and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, context-driven solutions.
Job Description- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using C# (.NET) and React
- Contribute across the full stack, including front-end UI development and back-end application logic
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with evolving needs
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, new feature requests, and changing requirements
- Participate in architectural discussions related to scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and uphold quality standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Support and enhance existing systems (not a greenfield-only role)
Qualifications- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong, hands-on expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem (required)
- Solid real-world experience building front-end applications with React
- Experience working across both front-end and back-end codebases
- Ability to work effectively with limited documentation or loosely defined requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
