Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Experience: 8 12 Years

Compensation: $80k- $218k per annum
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver modern, scalable, and secure enterprise applications supporting high-impact healthcare and pharmacy benefit management solutions. The role works in a collaborative Agile environment with product owners, architects, UX designers, DevOps, QA, and engineering teams to build end-to-end solutions across the front-end, back-end, and AI-enabled application stack.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. This position combines software development with technical leadership, including solution architecture, mentoring, engineering best practices, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop enterprise full stack solutions using React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution design across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce development standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure application quality, security, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Promote reusable components, shared services, Microservices, and API-first design principles.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI adoption, and modern engineering practices.
Required Qualifications- 8 12 years of overall experience in software development with strong full stack application development expertise.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Strong experience building responsive web applications using React, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs, Java-based backend services, and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and OpenShift, containerization using Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, and modern software development tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Qualifications / Non-Essential Skills- Exposure to AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, LLM integration, AI APIs, or AI-assisted application development.
- Healthcare, health insurance, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain experience.
- Experience contributing to solution architecture and technical direction in enterprise environments.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
