Senior Full Stack Developer (.Net / AWS) - 3622815

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Sr. Full Stack Developer (.Net / AWS) position! This is a 12+ months contract-to-hire opportunity and will be remote in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the development of enterprise cloud-based solutions using AWS and Microsoft .NET technologies, taking ownership of technical architecture decisions and implementation strategies
• Mentor and guide development team members, providing technical leadership and contributing to the strategic direction of technology initiatives
• Collaborate with business analysts throughout the analysis and design phases to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build full-stack applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular, and NodeJS with a focus on maintainability and low technical debt
• Design and develop REST APIs using Microsoft ASP.NET Web API and create stored procedures in MS SQL Server to support application functionality
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting systems, and CI/CD deployment practices to ensure operational stability and supportability
• Assess performance and supportability requirements of new and existing systems, recommending design alternatives and improvements
• Create comprehensive system support documentation for software deployed to production environments
• Communicate regularly with technical leadership on project status, blockers, and technical decisions
• Drive high-quality software delivery on time while maintaining code quality standards and conducting thorough unit testing

What You'll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of leading technical initiatives
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET stack (ASP.NET, C#) and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular 2+, NodeJS)
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying enterprise solutions in AWS cloud environments
• Solid experience building REST APIs using Microsoft ASP.NET Web API and writing stored procedures in MS SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with MS Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and implementing CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Proven ability to work in Agile/SCRUM development environments with strong understanding of iterative development practices
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr
