What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications using C# and modern .NET frameworks
• Develop clean, responsive front-end experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build and integrate secure APIs and backend services
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including performance tuning and indexing
• Implement and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for secure, compliant development
• Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards
• Support release management, version control, and change processes
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation

• C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core
• SQL Server (performance tuning, indexing, stored procedures)
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD, build and release pipelines)
• Unit testing (MSTest, NUnit)

• REST API design and integration
• Modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular)
• Azure services (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage)
• Experience with rule-based systems or decision engines
• Background in regulated industries (finance, insurance, payments)
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

• 5+ years of full-stack or .NET development experience
• Strong understanding of secure, compliance-driven development environments
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear communication and the ability to translate technical concepts
