Senior Full Stack Developer

Global Financial Firm located in Tampa, FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Full stack Developer

Pay Rate Range: $70 .00 - $75 .00 Negotiable based upon years of experience
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:

• Create implementation designs (micro-services architecture) to solve in-house business/technical challenges.
• Coordinate and guide multiple development teams (on-shore & off-shore) towards the implementation of the proposed solution/design.
• Develop proof of concept for proposed designs/solutions.
• Build pioneer & standard architectural solutions to serve as templates for the platform.
• Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functionalities - working end-to-end.
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly.
• Methodical, attention to detail.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager.
• Extensive experience with micro-services architecture.
• Technical skills: Spring Boot, Java, microservices, Oracle/Hive (RDBMS and NoSQL databases), JML, JavaScript, Angular, CICD, Jenkins, JUnit.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
