A growing organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance modern customer-facing applications used by customers across the country. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys delivering new features, building intuitive user experiences, and developing scalable software that directly impacts customers. You'll collaborate with a talented engineering team and external development partners while helping shape the future of the company's customer applications.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that support customer-facing products and digital experiences. You'll build modern applications using the Microsoft technology stack, develop APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver new product capabilities. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, enjoys building modern solutions, and can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up. You'll also partner closely with an external development team to help ensure high-quality engineering standards and successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering
• Proven experience owning technical projects from design through production deployment
• Strong experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET technology stack
• Experience building modern web applications using TypeScript with React or Angular
• Strong SQL Server and relational database experience
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs and backend services
• Experience working with cloud-based applications and modern development practices
• Experience participating in Agile software development environments
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and software quality practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with both internal engineering teams and external development partners

• Azure cloud experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing microservice-based applications
• Experience within banking, fintech, or another highly regulated industry
• Experience integrating with third-party services and APIs
• Experience mentoring other engineers
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for building modern customer-facing software
