We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to help build and enhance modern digital platforms that support customer engagement, personalized experiences, and business growth. What You'll Work On
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to initiatives that:

• Deliver personalized digital experiences based on user behavior and preferences.
• Develop AI-powered tools and intelligent user interactions.
• Improve customer engagement and conversion experiences across digital channels.
• Modernize web platforms and applications using contemporary frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Build scalable solutions that enhance user journeys and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications and services.
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop enhancements for large-scale software systems.
• Create detailed technical specifications, documentation, and test plans.
• Develop new functionality using modern web technologies and engineering best practices.
• Modify and enhance existing applications while maintaining code quality and performance standards.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Support software deployment, release management, and production implementations.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and post-implementation validation.
• Resolve software defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
• Experience supporting both modern and legacy production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with unit testing and software quality practices.
