Description
Kforce's client, a technology-driven organization in Lansing, MI, is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications. This role is suited for a technically strong engineer who brings a practical problem-solving mindset, strong analytical ability, and clear communication skills in collaborative development environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks
- Build and support enterprise services using Java/J2EE and related frameworks
- Optimize application performance through JVM analysis, profiling, and tuning
- Develop and maintain RESTful services and integration layers
- Work with relational databases to create, optimize, and maintain queries, procedures, and data structures
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and deliver reliable solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical direction for ongoing initiatives
- Support code quality, maintainability, and performance best practices across the development lifecycle
