We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer / Technical Lead to join a collaborative Agile team. The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer with strong leadership capabilities who thrives in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role requires hands-on technical expertise while working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Engineers, and Developers to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development with leadership responsibilities

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment as a senior team member

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Strong front-end development experience with Angular

• Proven experience developing and consuming GraphQL APIs

• Experience using GitLab, including merge requests, pull requests, and branch management

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kafka, and PostgreSQL

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile development methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams

• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor team members and drive technical decisions

• Experience leading enterprise application development projects

• Strong problem-solving and system design skills

• Experience building scalable, cloud-native applications

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
