Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Seeking for an Senior Full-Stack .NET Modernization Developer to support the modernization of a mission-critical enterprise platform. This role will focus on transitioning legacy ASP.NET applications to modern .NET 8+ architectures, developing API-first solutions, integrating Azure cloud services, and building React-based user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Modernize legacy ASP.NET applications to .NET 6/7/8/10 and modern Azure-based architectures.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET, and Web API.
• Design and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions/Function Apps, and related Azure technologies.
• Manage SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, schema migrations, data cleanup, and data migration.
• Build and maintain React-based UI components within existing enterprise applications.
• Apply modern web application patterns, including CSR, SSR, and component-based architectures.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using Power BI and SSRS.
• Integrate internal APIs, third-party services, and middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Participate in Azure Agentic AI, Copilot, and chatbot integration initiatives where applicable.
• Develop solutions aligned with ADA/WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Follow appropriate security practices for applications processing sensitive and PII data.
• Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional .NET development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience modernizing production legacy ASP.NET applications to .NET 6/7/8/10.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, schema migrations, and data migration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, deployment pipelines, and configuration management.
• 5+ years of experience delivering software in Agile environments using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• 3+ years of React experience, including building components within existing applications.
• Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting development.
• Experience with government, healthcare, or public-sector applications, including compliance, auditability, and data sensitivity.
• Familiarity with ADA/WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Experience or exposure to Azure Agentic AI services or AI-driven application integrations.
• Experience with middleware technologies such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve complex production issues.
• Experience protecting and securely handling PII or other sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
