This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model based in St. Paul, Minnesota. The team works onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexibility on Fridays based on business needs and the work being performed. How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Design, build, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications that address business-critical needs.
  • Develop modern, responsive front-end applications primarily using React while contributing to back-end services in Python or Node.js.
  • Partner with product owners, data scientists, designers, architects, and engineers to deliver intuitive and high-performing digital products.
  • Build secure, reliable application components that support analytics, automation, scalability, and customer-facing functionality.
  • Contribute to cloud architecture decisions across hosting, APIs, integrations, service design, observability, and performance.
  • Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and production support.
  • Support data-intensive application development, including large-scale processing, analytics platforms, and columnar data stores.
  • Mentor peers, participate in code reviews, and help raise engineering standards across an Agile delivery environment.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, cloud, full stack development, and modern software engineering.

Are you an experienced cloud-native full stack engineer ready to make an impact?

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise or commercial production environments.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or equivalent, with ownership of major features, systems, or platforms.
  • Strong front-end engineering experience with React, including responsive, accessible, maintainable UI development.
  • Hands-on full stack development experience with React plus Python or Node.js in production applications.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in enterprise environments, including cloud security, managed services, scalability, reliability, and observability.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, distributed systems, event-driven patterns, and service integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps/platform engineering practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of data-intensive applications, analytics platforms, large-scale processing, and columnar databases.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile environments with product, design, architecture, data, and engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to show clear examples of business impact through improved scalability, reliability, performance, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
  • Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical design discussions, reviewing architecture decisions, and promoting engineering best practices.
  • AI/ML integration, deployment, or production support experience is a plus, especially when tied to measurable business value.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
