Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
SAP S/4 HANA MM Functional Consultant with minimum 8+ years of experience of implementing SAP S4, preferably for a USA based manufacturing company
Proficiency in SAP's standard implementation framework and hands-on experience in designing and implementation of complex and heterogeneous landscape (SAP and non-SAP)
Experience in conducting workshops with business users for process analysis, design and configuration needs pertaining to MM functionalities
Proficient knowledge in all major business processes and functionalities in P2P stream:
o Sourcing and Procurement
o Logistics Process
o Warehouse & Inventory Management
o Invoicing Process
Deep understanding of complex legal and regulatory requirements, third party, plant abroad, foreign trade/Intrastat and legacy data migration
Integration knowledge between Purchase and other functional areas with specific reference to Finance, Production and logistics
Hands-on experience in data cleansing and conversion related activities
Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post Go-Live Support Experience of Integration with Planning system of SAP/non-SAP
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis: Gathering site-specific "AS-IS" processes and mapping them to "To-Be" standard SAP workflows
Functional Testing: Conducting unit/integration testing and coordinating user acceptance testing with site business process owners to validate configurations
User Training: Delivering hands-on training sessions and creating localized SOPs and manuals for site staff
Data Migration Support: Assisting with the final validation of cleansed site data before it is loaded into live system
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) localization: Mapping local site purchasing habits into S/4HANA including the setup of Purchase Organizations, Plants and Storage locations
Inventory & Physical Stock Validation: Leading the 'wall-to-wall' inventory count and data migration to ensure the legacy stock levels match the new S/4HANA system at go-live
Batch & Serial Management: For building materials, configure batch management to ensure traceability of raw materials from receipt through production
Vendor Management & Master Data: Cleaning and migrating site-specific vendor records and setting up purchase info records to automate pricing for local suppliers
Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Fine-tuning MRP Live on-site to ensure the system accurately triggers reorders for raw materials based on real-time production consumption and lead times

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
