Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• We are seeking a seasoned Workday HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in the Recruiting and Compensation modules.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) software to meet our organization's HR needs.
• This role involves close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure the system's efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  

• Key skills; Workday HCM
• Recruiting
• Compensation modules
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Recruiting and Compensation.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and related modules. Expertise in Workday configuration, business process design, security setup, and report creation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients at various levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Workday HCM certification is preferred but not required.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment, with occasional client visits if needed.
