    A fantastic client of ours is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant, due to growth! They are a fantastic place to work with amazing leadership in place. Strong compensation and amazing benefits!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with liquidity management, including cash transfers between intercompany accountsReview general ledger journal entries, monthly/quarterly close workbooks and wire transfers.Compile and review of quarterly external financial reports and year-end financial statementsCompile and review of quarterly capital account statementsReview capital calls, distributions, and Asset Management Fees calculations as well as corresponding notices to investorsEnsure compliance with investment fund legal documents, i.e. partnership agreementAct as a resource during the annual audit by providing supporting documentation as requestedEvaluate and continuously enhance existing procedures related to the Fund Accounting departmentContinuously explore technology-based solutions for investment management platform and accounting, providing paths to increased efficiencies where applicableInitiate and manage procedural changes where necessary and take ownership of all relevant processesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Fund Administration and financial services/accounting, including tax and audit functions.CPA or CFA designation is preferred, though not required.Proficiency with fund accounting software such as Geneva, InvestOne, VPM, and FundCount.Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and colleagues internally and externally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
