    Description

    LHH is seeking a Fund Accountant for a global, growth-oriented professional services organization specializing in financial administration and compliance solutions. This firm supports a diverse client base including asset managers, financial institutions, and private investors, offering a collaborative, client-focused environment with strong opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will bring fund accounting experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.Job Responsibilities Maintain general ledger activity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and cash balances for assigned fundsPrepare capital call and distribution notices for investorsProduce financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAPAllocate income and expenses to investor capital accounts per fund agreementsDeliver investor reporting, including capital account statements and performance metricsDevelop an understanding of fund structures and related entities to ensure accurate reportingEnsure timely delivery of client deliverables and adherence to reporting deadlinesCollaborate with clients, auditors, and third-party advisors to support reporting and audit processesRespond to investor and client inquiries and participate in client meetings as neededSupport process improvements, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirementsJob Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or Master's degree a plus2+ years of fund accounting or relevant accounting experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reportingExperience with investor reporting and fund structures preferredAdvanced Excel and strong systems/technical skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
