Senior Fund Accountant – Real Estate Private Equity Firm

$90K–$120K Base + Bonus | West Palm Beach, FL | 5 Days/Week In-Office

A growing real estate private equity firm is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its fund accounting team in West Palm Beach. This role will support the daily accounting of multiple real estate private equity funds, investor reporting, compliance, and fund operations.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys ownership, can manage shifting priorities, and wants to join a firm in active growth and acquisition mode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger activity for multiple fund entities using Yardi

• Review cash activity, bank reconciliations, and fund-level balances

• Support quarterly close, journal entries, financial statements, and investor reporting

• Prepare capital calls, distributions, management fees, waterfalls, and investor communications

• Assist with annual audit support, ad hoc analysis, system implementations, and special projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3–6 years of public or private accounting experience preferred

• Strong understanding of Fair Value GAAP accounting and financial reporting

• Yardi experience is a plus

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently
