Senior Fund Accountant - Real Estate / Private Equity

We are partnering with a growing real estate private equity investment firm that is looking to add a Senior Fund Accountant to its finance team in West Palm Beach, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional seeking exposure to fund accounting, investor reporting, capital activity, financial statement preparation, and private equity operations within a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing accounting and reporting for multiple investment fund entities
  • Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, capital statements, and investor communications
  • Calculating capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest waterfalls
  • Supporting annual audits and investor compliance requests
  • Assisting with financial analysis, process improvements, and special projects
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-6+ years of public accounting, fund accounting, real estate, or financial reporting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Compensation:
  • Base salary of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
  • Annual bonus opportunity

Additional details:
  • West Palm Beach, FL
  • Primarily in-office environment with flexibility available when needed
  • New hires should expect to be predominantly in-office during the first 90 days to support onboarding and training
