Senior Funding Analyst

TITLE:                          Senior Funding Analyst          

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Senior Funding Analyst is responsible for Auditing other funding analysts, training, and the verification of credit application information, including; customer identity, monthly income, address verification, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Audit other Funding Analysts work- ensure they are in compliance, policy was followed, any exceptions are notated and approved
• All Funding Analyst duties
  • Communication with clients, vendors, and customers
  • Verify the accuracy of documents
  • Verify the accuracy of income calculations
  • Data entry into our Loan Operating System
  • Answer inbound inquiries via messaging systems and phones
  • Reconciliation of customer applications and contracts
• Train New hires
• Fully understand policy
• Understand the disbursement tab to determine fees, flat and total disbursed amounts correct
• Held to a higher standard of work and expected to set a good example by dress, attendance, and knowledge
• Other duties as assigned

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1-year related experience and/or training preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Sound computer skills including basic internet and Microsoft Office Products
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Customer service experience
