Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Developer to support the development and implementation of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. The Senior GenAI Developer will play a key role in developing secure, scalable, and intelligent enterprise AI solutions while helping transform workplace productivity through conversational AI and automation. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior GenAI Developer with strong Microsoft AI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, enterprise integration, and automation experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55/hr - $70/hr

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent conversational AI agents and autonomous workplace assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents (PVA), and Azure OpenAI Service. The Senior GenAI Developer will focus on developing secure enterprise AI solutions, integrating Microsoft ecosystem services, and building robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure AI Search, vector databases, and enterprise automation.

Responsibilities of the Senior GenAI Developer:

• Design, build, and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents.
• Develop autonomous workplace assistants utilizing Azure OpenAI Service.
• Architect secure data connectors across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Build integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Dataverse, and custom API wrappers.
• Enable secure access to enterprise tenant data and business applications.
• Implement robust RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Develop context-aware enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and backend data sources.
• Develop complex cloud flows and enterprise automations using Power Automate.
• Utilize Power Apps to support business application integrations.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise requirements.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior GenAI Developer:

• Hands-on experience as a Senior GenAI Developer designing, building, and deploying conversational AI agents.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
• Experience utilizing Azure OpenAI Service for enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience architecting secure enterprise data connectors and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience developing custom API wrappers and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search.
• Experience working with vector databases for AI-powered knowledge retrieval.
• Strong understanding of secure, context-aware enterprise AI architectures.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior GenAI Developer:

• Experience developing complex cloud flows using Power Automate.
• Experience developing business applications with Power Apps.
• Experience integrating AI agents with core business applications and backend data sources.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
• Experience working with custom APIs and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI security, governance, and data access practices.
• Experience working as a Senior GenAI Developer within enterprise technology environments.

Education Requirements:

• No specific education requirement.
• Equivalent professional experience in AI engineering, software development, cloud technologies, or enterprise automation will be considered.
