Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
️ Experience: 6+ years of litigation experience
Requirement: Active North Carolina Bar License

What You’ll Be Handling:

The ideal attorney will have strong defense litigation experience and be comfortable managing matters from discovery through resolution.

Experience with litigation involving:
General Liability
Premises Liability
Products Liability
Transportation
Employment
Insurance Defense

What They’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of related litigation experience
• Strong defense litigation background
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Sophisticated technical skills
• Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions
• Trial experience is a plus
