Are you a seasoned Geotechnical Engineer (P.E.) ready to step into a leadership role and make a real impact? We're looking for a driven professional to help lead a growing geotechnical division, mentor teams, and build strong client relationships across Colorado.

= What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage geotechnical investigations from proposal through completion
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Guide and mentor field and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts
• Plan and oversee geotechnical exploration and field investigations
• Analyze data, perform calculations, and prepare detailed technical reports
• Support team growth by identifying training and development opportunities

< What We're Looking For:

• M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience within Colorado
• Strong expertise in soil mechanics and geotechnical analysis
• Proven experience with materials testing and special inspections
• Established client relationships and business development experience
• Active Colorado Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
