Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations
• Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates
• Meet with clients throughout design and construction
• Provide technical oversight and QA guidance
• Mentor, not manage, junior engineers and technical staff
• Support business development efforts
• Help grow the geotechnical practice

Candidate Must Have
✅ Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
✅ 10–15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience
✅ Proposal writing experience
✅ Client-facing experience
✅ Strong technical communication skills
✅ Valid driver's licenseThis is a senior leadership and succession hire—not an individual contributor role.
