A utility organization is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to support the systems, data, applications, and integrations that underpin its geographic information capabilities. The role will focus on enterprise GIS technologies, including the ArcGIS environment and Esri Utility Network, while helping maintain reliable, secure, and accurate geospatial information. The analyst will work with GIS users, internal technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues, support business operations, and improve GIS processes. This is an opportunity to contribute technical expertise to a team serving operational needs in a critical infrastructure industry.

Position Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to support and enhance enterprise GIS systems and services. This position administers ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments, supports Esri Utility Network, and maintains the geodatabases and integrations that enable users to access dependable spatial information. The analyst will publish and maintain web maps and GIS services, develop data processes and automation, and troubleshoot complex application, database, and integration issues.Working with GIS users and internal technical teams, the Senior GIS Analyst will provide technical guidance, support software upgrades and deployments, and help ensure GIS data and systems remain accurate, available, and performant. The role also contributes to improving GIS operations through practical tools, processes, and reporting, and serves as a subject matter resource for enterprise GIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and administer enterprise ArcGIS environments, including ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, and ArcGIS Online.
• Configure and maintain Esri Utility Network and enterprise geodatabases.
• Publish and maintain web maps, GIS services, and spatial data.
• Develop spatial queries, data processes, and automation using SQL and Python.
• Support GIS integrations with SAP HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Maintain the integrity, performance, security, and availability of GIS data and systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across GIS applications, databases, and integrations.
• Coordinate GIS software upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and deployments.
• Assist users who consume GIS data by providing technical guidance and training.
• Develop tools and processes to improve GIS operations and reporting.
• Serve as a GIS subject matter expert and coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of relevant GIS experience.
• Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and/or ArcGIS Online.
• Experience supporting enterprise GIS environments and geodatabases.
• Experience with Esri Utility Network.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python scripting.
• Experience with SAP HANA environments or GIS integrations with SAP HANA.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills for supporting users and coordinating with technical teams.
• A degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
