Role Overview

• Serve as the strategic advisor and technical leader for:
  • GitHub Enterprise adoption
  • Developer Experience (DevEx)
  • DevSecOps transformation
  • AI-powered software engineering practices
• Partner with executive leadership, including:
  • CTO
  • CIO
  • Chief Digital Officer
  • Engineering Management Team (EMT)
• Define and execute the enterprise developer platform strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.
• Establish and standardize engineering practices.
• Improve developer productivity and overall Developer Experience.
• Enable secure and scalable software delivery.

• Leverage GitHub Actions to improve CI/CD automation.
• Implement and promote GitHub Advanced Security capabilities.
• Integrate GitHub Enterprise with the broader Azure ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to modernize software development and delivery processes.
• Improve developer productivity through platform engineering and automation.
• Support the adoption of AI-powered development practices.
• Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership and senior technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to establish scalable development standards.
• Serve as the organization's subject-matter expert for GitHub Enterprise and related technologies.
