SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - GLOBAL C-SUITE SUPPORT
LOCATION
Addison, TX | Hybrid - approximately 2 days per week in office
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
* $90,000-$95,000 annually
* Full-time, exempt; normal working hours with occasional early-morning or evening availability for international scheduling and urgent travel changes
* Hybrid schedule with approximately 2 days per week in office
* Assistant travel: approximately 3-4 U.S. trips per year

ROLE IMPACT
Provide trusted executive support to a Global Business Advisor working with CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leaders worldwide. Success means keeping a complex global calendar, international travel, communications, and executive priorities organized while anticipating conflicts and responding quickly to changing needs. This role requires discretion, cultural awareness, and confidence working across multiple countries and time zones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own and manage a complex, frequently changing executive calendar across international time zones; prioritize appointments, protect executive time, and proactively resolve conflicts.
* Coordinate high-priority meetings and communications with CEOs, C-suite executives, senior government and business leaders, executive assistants, and global stakeholders.
* Plan detailed domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, meeting logistics, contingency plans, and real-time travel changes.
* Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, correspondence, summaries, follow-up lists, expense records, and other executive materials while tracking commitments, deadlines, contacts, and decisions.
* Prepare, pack, ship, and track pre-approved travel supplies and personal items, including clothing, personal-care products, documents, electronics, office supplies, and medications provided for travel. This responsibility involves travel logistics only; no medical or caregiving duties are required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 10 years of progressive experience directly supporting CEOs, C-suite executives, senior consultants, global advisors, or comparable leaders.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars and detailed international travel across multiple countries and time zones.
* Strong professional telephone presence, written and verbal communication skills, judgment, discretion, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, executive scheduling platforms, video-conferencing applications, and remote collaboration tools.

* Experience coordinating visas and international travel documentation.
* Experience with ACT! CRM, QuickBooks, or comparable CRM, contact-management, and light accounting systems.
