Your Role

Senior Global Inbound & Outbound Analyst is responsible for maintaining, executing, and improving processes to support International franchise and Travel Retail partner businesses. A desire and ability to address a wide breadth of responsibilities and variety of work are important to success in this role.

Your Impact

• Operations Calendar - coordinates cross-functionally to align on milestones to ensure delivery of accurate data, fluid order processing and on-time shipments for floorset execution.
• Support DC transfers, creating PO's for all categories and ensure timely delivery
• Master Data Maintenance - creates R-Site/L-Site in SAP
• Support outbound operations team as needed with partner order entry, documentation creation, etc.
• Coordinate daily order management activities
• Respond to any customer and/or field team inquiries expeditiously
• Liaise with various cross functional teams - distribution centers (DC, logistics, supply chain, merchandising, planning, finance, regulatory, customs
• Partner Order Management - manages and oversees the critical milestones of purchase order management at a high level
• Track articles and plans order drops to achieve on time floorset launch dates
• Create and share out reporting to cross-functional teams
• Support outbound operations team as needed with partner order entry, documentation creation, etc.
• Support regulatory process and timelines as needed
• Build consistent and sustainable operations practices to drive value across businesses
• Document standard operating procedures
• Support cross functional projects
• Serve as an effective liaison with various cross functional teams - merchandising, planning, finance, customs and home packing.
• Build consistent and sustainable operations practices to drive value across businesses
• Energetically contributes towards innovation and improvement through continuous evaluation of process

Minimum Salary: $76,700.00

Maximum Salary: $101,955.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

• A successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment; is experienced with IT tools; can flex between large data management and tactical planning; and is comfortable presenting. Will contribute to operational excellence and provide governance for systems, process, and execution in support of business objectives.
• 3-5 years Logistics / Operations experience
• Advanced PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & vlookup's, Word, & PowerPoint
• SAP experience a must
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Experience in retail or apparel manufacturing a plus
• Experience within a wholesale environment a plus
• Ability to think analytically and creatively
• Ability to display strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high paced environment
• Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Multitask by working on orders, setup information, and data analysis from several different markets/customers at once
• Perform special projects and analysis as directed
