Overview
Microsoft's Total Rewards organization is looking for a strategic and analytical global equity compliance professional to join our team as a Senior Global Stock Compliance Manager. This is an opportunity to help deliver and evolve Microsoft's broad-based equity programs-including stock awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) across more than 90 countries while maintaining strong compliance, operational excellence, and employee experience.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on global equity compliance, regulatory change, international reporting, and mobility taxation. You will partner across Tax, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Global Mobility, external advisors, and local subsidiaries to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
This role requires a unique blend of global equity expertise, program and change management, analytical rigor, and clear communication. The successful candidate can navigate ambiguity, manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams, and lead stakeholders through regulatory and operational change by translating complex tax and regulatory considerations into actionable guidance.

Compensation IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
