Job Description:

Performs landscaping of grounds. Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic of the premises. Removes debris and addresses hazardous conditions to ensure a safe environment. Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance activities. Cares for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons to ensure year-round upkeep. Directs and leads the work of others, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks requiring a certain degree of creativity and latitude. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field [Required]
• Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition [Required]
• Able to communicate in English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
