Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Growth Operations Manager to provide coverage from August 2026 to February 2027 in either San Jose or San Francisco. This role requires expertise in fiscal year planning, prioritization of quarterly platform requests, and thorough financial tracking while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, driving key initiatives and delivering insightful communications to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Support annual strategic planning cycles and maintain planning artifacts.
- Coordinate quarterly priority planning submissions to the Unified Platform team.
- Maintain and update the centralized financial layer tracker, identifying risks and misalignments.
- Drive operational rigor and stakeholder management to ensure consistency across workflows.
- Advance specific projects, defining objectives and deliverables post-hire.
Must-Have Skills:- 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences.
- Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity with agility.
Industry Experience:
Experience in technology or related industries is preferred.
