    Description


    A global biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a Senior GxP IT Program Manager to lead a complex enterprise quality-technology initiative. This person will oversee the planning, validation, testing, and rollout of regulated platform capabilities used across IT, Quality, and business operations.

    The program manager will coordinate internal stakeholders and an external implementation partner while establishing a clear path toward go-live. Success will require strong GxP knowledge, computer systems validation experience, structured program governance, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, quality professionals, business leaders, and executives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead an enterprise quality-technology program from planning through validation, launch, and stabilization.
    • Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap covering milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, approvals, and rollout activities.
    • Coordinate delivery across IT, Quality, validation, business-process, and vendor teams.
    • Establish clear governance, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and executive reporting.
    • Oversee regulated testing and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
    • Manage implementation-partner deliverables and address schedule, scope, or quality concerns.
    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, steering meetings, and go-live readiness reviews.
    • Support user adoption, change management, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.

    Role Requirements:
    • Seven or more years of project or program management experience.
    • Experience leading complex enterprise technology programs.
    • Strong experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
    • Practical knowledge of computer systems validation.
    • Experience overseeing IQ, OQ, PQ, UAT, traceability, and validation documentation.
    • Experience partnering with Quality and validation teams.
    • Demonstrated vendor-management and cross-functional leadership skills.
    • Strong risk, dependency, and milestone-management capabilities.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication.
    • Experience with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
    • Ability to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
    • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences experience.
    • Experience leading ServiceNow implementations.
    • Experience validating ServiceNow in a regulated environment.
    • Knowledge of ITSM, asset management, or CMDB capabilities.
    • Experience leading quality-system programs through go-live and hypercare.
